What Boses costs.

The short version
Boses is free to use during our launch period. When paid features turn on, you buy a pack of credits. One credit sends one call (or reveals one follow-up clue). Credits are non-refundable and can't be transferred or cashed out, but if a paid send fails because of a fault on our side, we return the credit to your balance. This doesn't affect your statutory consumer rights under Philippine law.

1. Launch period: free to use
Boses is currently offered free of charge during our launch period. Any free or promotional allowance (including launch-period “credits”) is provided at our discretion, is not transferable or redeemable for cash, and may be modified or withdrawn when the launch period ends. The pricing set out below is the pricing that will apply once paid features are enabled; we will give reasonable notice through the Service before any charges begin.
2. Credit packs
Senders buy credits in bulk. One credit = one send (an initial call, or one follow-up clue reveal). Larger packs bring the price per call down. Credits do not expire during the launch period.
You won't be charged these during launch. Boses is free right now; the rates below are what will apply once paid features turn on.

3. Payments and billing
All prices are stated and charged in Philippine pesos (₱) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider; we do not store your full card details. By completing a purchase you authorize the charge for the amount shown at checkout.
4. Refunds and cancellations
Credits are for a digital service that is delivered immediately, and are non-refundable and non-transferable, and may not be redeemed for cash, except where a refund is required by law.
- Failed delivery (our fault): if a paid call cannot be delivered because of a technical fault on our side, the credit used is automatically returned to your balance so you can try again. We do not issue cash refunds for re-credited sends.
- Recipient opt-out / undeliverable: if a call cannot be delivered because the Recipient has opted out or the number is unreachable, no credit is spent.
- Change of mind: because the service is delivered the moment you send, we are generally unable to refund a call that has already been placed.
- Unused credits: unused credits remain available in your account during the launch period and are not refundable for cash.
Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Consumer Act of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 7394) or other applicable law. To raise a billing issue or request a refund you believe is due, contact us using the details in Section 6 and include your account email and the date of the charge.
5. Changes to pricing
We may introduce, change, or withdraw fees, paid features, credit-based usage, or subscription charges in the future, on reasonable notice through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after a pricing change takes effect constitutes your acceptance of that change. This Section should be read together with Section 8 (Fees, launch period, and changes to pricing) of our Terms & Conditions.
