Data deletion
Delete your Boses account.
You can wipe your account and every record we hold about you at any time: in two clicks from inside the app, or by emailing us. Either way, it's permanent and we can't recover it.
From inside the app (recommended)
- Sign in at boses.ai/login with whichever provider you originally used (Facebook, Google, or email magic link).
- Open your home page.
- Scroll to the Danger zone card at the bottom.
- Tap Delete account, type DELETE in the confirmation modal, and confirm.
By email (if you can't sign in)
Send a deletion request to privacy@boses.ai from the email address linked to your Boses account. Include:
- The email address you signed up with.
- Which provider you used to sign in (Facebook, Google, or magic link).
- Optional: the phone number on your profile if you set one.
We'll confirm the deletion within 30 days. If you're in the Philippines, this aligns with your rights under the Data Privacy Act (RA 10173).
What gets deleted
- Your account record (auth identity, email, sessions).
- Your profile fields (optional phone, password hash).
- Every call you placed, including the generated spiel and voice picks.
- Any saved contacts or message templates you stored.
- The picker drafts cached in your browser.
Operational logs (anonymized request metadata, errors) may persist for up to 30 days for debugging before they roll off.
What doesn't get deleted
- SMS opt-out records (numbers that replied STOP). We keep these forever so we never message them again, even if the sender's account is gone.
- Aggregated, non-identifying analytics (call counts, no user-level detail).
